INSIDE GREEN - a series about the entrances we pass by daily. What started with an eye for the green, resulted in a passion for materials, design and architecture. By photographing these entrances and public spaces I noticed time doesn't stand still anymore. In a couple of days, a beautiful space can disappear just like that. The green of the plants has moved itself to a bright green on the wall, a detailed original door has made place for a massive ultra heavy new one with the highest scores of functionality.
Our visions on architecture are different, we all have another taste and opinions. But if we renovate, what about the original aesthetics of the original design? The mindset of the architect ? How dose handle the role of creativity and what about thinking out of the box?
For my project Inside Green I’m asking myself and others this particular question, a search to the differences between now and lets say 50 years ago
