Bautier - Vendredi
Every last Friday of the month for the past five years, Marina Bautier switched from designer to chef, as twenty guests were invited to enjoy lunch at a long communal table. The monthly in-store gathering offered the perfect occasion to meet new people and discover the latest additions to the Bautier collection. This book is a compilation of the best recipes presented at the Vendredi event. It’s a selection of twelve complete menus, including a main course with side dishes and a dessert.
